This is how it works:

Keyforce Quote Integration makes it possible for your SuperOffice users to create quotations with the correct products, discounts, and prices et al. from the accounting system directly in SuperOffice.

When the quotation becomes an order, we will automatically send the order back to the accounting system.

  • All product lists and price lists from your accounting system are available in SuperOffice Quote 
  • When a quotation becomes an order, it is transferred directly to the accounting system. You do not have to enter the information twice. 

Our integration is built around SuperOffice Quote, so you will have all your usual functions available. 

The integration increases the user experience of SuperOffice Quote, as products, prices et al. are automatically transferred from the accounting system. And you also avoid having to create the order in the accounting system again.

Simple and safe implementation

Keyforce Quote Integration is a standard product, and therefore the installation is predictable, safe, and secure.

We connect to your server via a remote connection. Depending on your accounting system, the implementation approximately takes 1-2 days.

Terms of purchase

  • We invoice 12 months in advance
  • Special requests for installation is agreed upon and invoiced separately by the hour
  • The monthly license price includes support
  • Termination is accepted with 3 months’ notice
  • If you switch accounting systems to another one that is compatible, then you do not have to buy new licenses. You only have to cover expenses for a consultant for setting up the new solution in the new accounting system
  • It is the customer's responsibility to have the appropriate licenses for the ERP system.
